Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technical Lead to join our Reboot Recruit team in Maidenhead/Newbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and support to our clients.
  • Lead projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Develop good working relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Consistently document knowledgebase with client information and fixes.
  • Monitor and manage problems proactively to prevent downtime.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within an IT support environment.
  • Diligent and logical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer-focused approach and commitment to service delivery.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows technologies including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus company benefits.
