Service Desk Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technical Lead to join our Reboot Recruit team in Maidenhead/Newbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and support to our clients.
- Lead projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Develop good working relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Consistently document knowledgebase with client information and fixes.
- Monitor and manage problems proactively to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within an IT support environment.
- Diligent and logical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-focused approach and commitment to service delivery.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows technologies including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus company benefits.
