Service Desk and Support Services Manager

Telstra Associates is seeking an experienced Service Desk and Support Services Manager to work onsite in Maidenhead. This full-time position involves both on-site and field work.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service desk, overseeing a team of support analysts, and providing 1st and 2nd line incident and request fulfillment.
This role also requires working closely with IT technicians, participating in Major Incident Management processes, and tracking ticket trends.
Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, implementing actions, and documenting all work and processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for onboarding new services, ensuring staff training, and collaborating with stakeholders.
