Children's Healthcare Specialist

Acuity Care Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse to support complex care packages within patients' homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including tracheostomy and ventilator support, in a field-based role involving regular travel across Lincolnshire.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
