Job Description: Children's Community Nursing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our team as a Children's Community Nursing Specialist in the Lincolnshire region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert nursing care to children with complex needs, promoting optimal health and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care delivered.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and care plans.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in paediatric nursing and complex care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:£30-35 per hour (dependent on experience).
