Job Description: Children's Healthcare Professional
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in paediatric nursing and complex care. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care plans.
- Provide ongoing guidance and education to families and caregivers.
- Ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes through collaborative working.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in paediatric nursing and complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:£30-35 per hour (dependent on experience).
