Duties:
  • Child Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of vulnerable children and young people, identifying their needs and developing strategies for support.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with parents, carers, and other agencies to deliver effective services and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, health professionals, and community organizations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
