Vulnerable Children Support Specialist

Job Purpose:
To make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families by leading and managing a designated team of people working with service users to provide all required children's services activities and practices to the agreed standards.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider in children's services and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff and sessional workers in developing and maintaining effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families
- Collaborate with other colleagues in the Locality as necessary to ensure that all services are delivered to the agreed standards
- Complete all management procedures and routines for each member of the team
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between £34,696 and £42,541 per annum.
