Job Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Team Manager to join our dedicated team in Peterborough and Lincoln. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in children's services, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring effective practice and delivery of services. They will also have sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements and be able to maintain active engagement on all Safeguarding matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a designated team of people working with service users to provide required Children's Services activities and practices;
- Maintain staff competence by keeping them up to date with relevant developments in social care, education, health, and other relevant legislation;
