Job Title: Child Protection Specialist

This challenging and rewarding role is seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to join iPeople Solutions in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and developing safety plans that prioritize the voice of the child throughout the intervention process.

Key responsibilities include:
• Undertake robust assessments to ensure the voice of the child is heard and prioritized
• Develop effective safety plans for children, young people, and families
• Manage CIN, CP, and CIC/Proceedings cases allocated from the front door

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Social Work qualification, experience in child protection social work, and strong communication and assessment skills. A competitive hourly rate of £35 is on offer, along with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
