HR Development Specialist

We are looking for an HR Development Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an HR Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training and development initiatives for employees.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as experience implementing training and development initiatives. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with a team.
The Job Requirements for this role include:
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience implementing training and development initiatives
- Proficiency in HR software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
We offer a competitive salary of £32,200 per annum, which is within the range of £30,000 - £35,000. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week, enjoy a supportive and inclusive company culture, and benefit from clear opportunities for progression in your career.
