About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HR and Contract Specialist, supporting the legal and HR functions on a range of engaging projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal and HR teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Support recruitment and employment matters, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee the data protection process, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
  • Manage HR records and update HR systems, keeping all information up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate contract administration, ensuring timely renewals and expirations.
  • Prepare legal correspondence and reports, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements, minimizing disruptions.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law, HR, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in using these tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, showcasing expertise in the sector.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibilities involved. This figure is based on market research and takes into account factors such as location, industry standards, and the value added by the successful candidate.
