We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Liaison to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of the HR department, you will provide expert support to our legal and HR teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to utilize their exceptional administrative skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail in managing various aspects of HR operations. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts, supporting recruitment and employment matters, owning the data protection process, and maintaining accurate HR records and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the legal and HR teams, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support recruitment and employment matters, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Owning the data protection process, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems, guaranteeing confidentiality and data security.
  • Coordinate contract administration, scheduling meetings, and facilitating travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Law, HR, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in these areas.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing your technical skills.
  • Have experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, highlighting your understanding of the sector's nuances.
