HR and Recruitment Support Specialist

This HR and Recruitment Support Specialist position requires a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and develop your skills in administrative roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within HR or Recruitment teams, possess strong organisational and time management skills, and be proficient in office IT systems, including databases and HR systems.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide administrative support to HR or Recruitment teams, ensuring efficient task completion and effective communication.
- Manage databases and HR systems, including Oracle for data management and tracking, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Develop and disseminate high-quality written content, adhering to company standards.
- Assist with pre-employment vetting processes, upholding company policies and maintaining accurate records.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment, prioritising quality, meeting deadlines, and contributing to HR process improvements.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, focusing on employee growth, diversity, and well-being. The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,000-£27,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
