Job Title: Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at MSSC. As a key member of our Northwest Area Office, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programmes to our cadets and adult volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programmes that meet the needs of our cadets and adult volunteers
  • Work closely with the National Support Centre to ensure quality assurance and delivery of training
  • Manage a team of senior volunteer roles and provide line management support
  • Use the Sea Cadet Syllabus to inspire the highest quality youth development

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of youth development and current youth development policies
  • Experience of quality assurance and delivery of training
  • Ability to manage a team and work as part of a team
  • Experience of working for an education or youth development organisation
