About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Care Professional to join our team as an Adult Care Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and development programs to our adult care apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to adult care apprentices in their care homes and online.
  • Use your industry expertise to train and mentor the next generation of care professionals.
  • Meet with apprentices to discuss their learning needs and provide feedback on their progress.
  • Explain the importance of English and maths in care and support apprentices with their functional skills.
  • Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills and development.
  • Develop relationships with employers in your area and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Complete administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
  • A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
  • Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
