About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures. As a Vocational Trainer, you will play a vital role in promoting our organisation to employers and your local connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with apprentices and their employers, travelling to different employer sites and workplaces throughout your region.
  • Help your learners advance through their qualifications using a variety of methods, including careful observation, assessing their work products, gathering written evidence, and engaging in professional discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and proper records of regulatory and financial information for each apprentice.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in an Adult Care setting, with experience of working at a supervisory level.
  • A Level 5 or above qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
  • Good computer literacy and administration skills.
