Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Adult Social Care. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Assist the Home Manager in leading and inspiring a dedicated team, promoting our client's philosophy and values within the home.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the home meets regulatory standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Resident Care: Foster a secure, dignified, and private environment for each resident, supporting them in developing their skills and maximising their personal independence.
- Staff Support: Provide regular supervision and support to staff members, overseeing staff rotas, annual leave, and disciplinary procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Home Manager in organising case reviews and medical assessments, and cultivate positive relationships with relatives, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, based on experience, along with 5.6 weeks of holiday (including public holidays). You will have the opportunity to work full-time hours on a permanent basis, with flexibility required for some weekend and evening shifts.
