As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. This involves providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care.

About You

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You should have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep accurate records.

You will be a kind and compassionate individual who values empathy and understanding in all interactions with residents and colleagues. You will be able to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns. You will also be required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training in associated areas.
