Sales Career Development Program Manager

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will be part of our comprehensive graduate programme, which has been established for over a decade to bring in bright and ambitious graduates who are eager to learn about business operations.
About the Programme:
The first six months of the programme will focus on developing your core knowledge of the business, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing. You will get hands-on experience with the vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry. You will also begin building relationships, making deals, and advising customers face-to-face over the trade counter. In the second six months, you will move to internal sales account management and take on more responsibility for driving sales growth and revenue.
