Salford, Salford, United Kingdom Teaching Personnel Full time

Pursue a career in educational psychology or mental health by supporting vulnerable students as a graduate assistant.

At our school, we specialize in providing a safe and supportive environment for students with SEMH needs. Our small class sizes allow us to tailor our approach to meet each student's individual needs, aiming to make a lasting impact on their emotional and academic growth.

As a graduate assistant, you will work directly with students to help them manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, providing consistent encouragement and guidance throughout their journey.

  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to help students build emotional resilience and coping strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, mental health professionals, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's development and well-being.
  • Contribute to the creation of a nurturing environment that fosters academic success and emotional growth in students.

This role is an excellent opportunity for psychology graduates to gain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.

You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes the emotional and academic well-being of every student, offering ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
