Job Title: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at Tripod Partners. This full-time role involves working with young people to provide essential mental health support and ensure they receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of young individuals to identify their mental health needs.
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team and external organizations to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
  4. Refer young people to relevant services and make safeguarding referrals when necessary.
Position Details:
  • Location: Blackpool
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Contract Duration: ASAP
  • Rate: £25.00 per hour
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
  • A qualified Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with relevant experience.
  • Experience in CAMHS and children's child protection work.
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work face-to-face with young people and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
