Leading Children's Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking two experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to join our well-established Community Children and Young People's Mental Health Service in Blackpool.
About the RoleThe postholder will be a leading member of our team, participating on the Consultant On Call rota and contributing to the development of mental health services for children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
- To participate in the Consultant On Call rota and provide emergency care as required.
- To contribute to the development of mental health services for children and young people, including developing new initiatives and projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, with experience in managing complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
