We are seeking a qualified Young Person's Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to children and adolescents in the Lancashire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with young people, identifying their needs, risks, and treatment goals.

  2. Manage safeguarding concerns, making referrals to social services and relevant agencies, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

  3. Provide ongoing clinical support, including administering medications and monitoring progress.

  4. Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards, complying with local guidelines and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience of CAMHS/child protection work and hold a valid NMC pin. The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
