Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to provide leadership and direction to our administration teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services across our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to administration teams, ensuring they operate to the highest commercial, corporate, and professional standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of administration staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making adjustments as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
- Good standard of secondary education with demonstrable literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Proven track record of successful people and process management, ideally in a multi-functional environment.
- Relevant supervisory qualification and previous experience working in the healthcare industry or a similar customer-oriented organization is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Ability to understand key business processes and complex business issues.
- Ability to work with complex patient and finance administration systems and telephony systems.
- Demonstrated ability in people management to deliver a plan of activity through direct reports.
- Ability to work effectively in an organization where matrix management is key to success.
