Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our outpatient reception team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide a comprehensive and professional reception service to support patients attending outpatient appointments.

Main Duties

Provide a full range of reception duties to support patients attending outpatient appointments

Manage patient administration systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Work in conjunction with clinical and managerial teams to ensure follow-up appointments are booked as instructed

Previous administrative experience
