About the Role

  • Develop and implement the hospital's business strategy in collaboration with the Hospital Director and Senior Management Team
  • Provide insightful analysis to support decision making and improve performance, driving business growth and expansion
  • Lead the financial, operational, and commercial decision-making process, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
  • Support business development by maximizing resource allocation, enabling the hospital to expand its reach into existing and new markets
  • Deliver decision support, financial, and operational reporting to ensure efficient and effective hospital operations

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with experience in a commercially and operationally focused finance role
  • Proven team leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of hospital operations and finance
