Overview

As a Corporate Relationship Manager - Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving strategic engagement and commercial relationships with key customers across Europe & Africa.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and grasping opportunities to work with colleagues across the organization and across the industry to:

  1. Drive Strategic Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, ensuring delivery of Moody's solutions that meet their specific needs.
  2. Deliver Enterprise Propositions: Develop and deliver comprehensive enterprise propositions to customers, addressing their strategic requirements while establishing and maintaining senior-level dialogue and relationships.
  3. Find New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic projects, aiming to scale against core customers and expand propositions.
  4. Manage Strategic Accounts: Build, deliver, and track strategic account plans; forecast, report key information, and performance indicators.
  5. Prioritize Opportunities: Decide which emerging top-priority accounts require attention and manage accordingly.
  6. Connect Customers: Connect customers with Moody's most senior relationship leaders and escalation points to address opportunities, resolve issues, and lead engagements.
  7. Leverage Industry Insight: Utilize deep insight into the Corporate sector to uncover opportunities and risks for customers while addressing associated needs.
  8. Share Intelligence: Share feedback and market intelligence with internal segments and CPO management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related area.
  • 10+ years of experience in growing accounts and C-suite level relationships within large conglomerates, preferably with a proven track record of developing relationships to cross-sell.
  • Strong understanding of managing strategic accounts across multiple use cases and product lines.
  • Knowledge or prior experience of selling solutions to key corporate segments, such as Energy, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Fintech, Automotive, Aviation, Pharmaceuticals, or TMT.
  • Experience in domains like Compliance Solution, Credit Risk Assessment, Procurement Solution, Master Data Management, or Data Solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and adapt to shifting circumstances.
  • Excellent networking skills, connected to relevant industries, abreast of latest trends, and strong C-suite engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in-person and virtual.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with other European languages being advantageous.
