Outstanding Receivables Collector

We are currently recruiting for an Outstanding Receivables Collector to join our debt management team at RSM UK. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in debt collection, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven track record in collecting outstanding debt, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on recovering overdue debt.
- Experience in working in a telephone-based role, preferably within debt collection.
- Familiarity with business-to-business debt collection principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
