Lead Cardiac Theatre Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support the efficient running of our cardiac theatre. As a Lead Cardiac Theatre Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Ward Senior Sister to coordinate activities and optimize ward operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow and reduce wait times.
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the development of staff members through coaching and mentoring.
Our hospital provides a range of services and treatments, including outpatients, minor procedures, and inpatients. We have 42 beds, 4 theatres, and state-of-the-art facilities. Our team is committed to delivering clinical excellence and outstanding care.
