Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a registered nurse with excellent leadership skills and post-registration experience in patient care. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will support the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in efficiently running the ward, coordinate activity, and be responsible for patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in maintaining a high standard of patient care and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Co-ordinate ward activities, including patient care, medication management, and staff deployment.
  • Work closely with consultants to provide expert care and champion a supportive working culture on the ward.
  • Apply knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning, and delivery to promote patient satisfaction and well-being.
