Nurse Leadership Opportunity in Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Sister/Charge Nurse at Brentwood Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job OverviewBrentwood Hospital is a modern, well-equipped hospital providing a range of services and treatments. Our hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and an onsite Pharmacy. We specialize in Plastics, general surgery, men's and women's health, and children's services.
Responsibilities- Support the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in the efficient running of the ward.
- Coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety.
- Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalized care.
- Work well with consultants who are experts in their field.
- Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning, and delivery.
- Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.
We are looking for a registered nurse with post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively, in areas such as Cardiac, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae, and Urology. Excellent leadership skills and NMC registration are essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including free private healthcare and gym membership, cycle to work scheme, expert financial advice, and more.
