Pre-Assessment Nurse Opportunity
Spire Hartswood Hospital is seeking a skilled Pre-Assessment Nurse to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. As a leading independent hospital group in the UK, Spire Healthcare provides diagnostics, inpatient, day case, and outpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review new patient processes to ensure seamless care delivery
- Perform clinical risk assessments in line with Spire Healthcare's assessment process, utilizing patient information proactively
- Assess patient health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality care, meeting individual health and wellbeing needs
- Develop and maintain excellent clinical knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration
- Post-registration qualification in a clinical specialism
- Experience in applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient case mixes
- Competence in a range of nursing skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge
