Nurse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Sister/Ward Manager in the efficient running of the ward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
  • Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
  • Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
  • Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
  • Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety
