Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly respected and passionate member of our team to join us as a Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents.
You will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents are met. You will also be responsible for coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
Key skills and qualifications needed for this role include a valid NMC pin, previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard, and the ability to provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice continually.
