Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the company, including responding to client call out requests, organizing the engineer's diary, processing service sheets, and following up with clients for outstanding quotes.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Must be able to drive due to the location
