We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing.

This role involves providing administrative support to the Vehicle & Plant Manager, including assisting with the hiring process, tracking and verifying commercial information, and liaising with operational personnel and suppliers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of weekly plant returns and maintaining up-to-date records on our in-house system (JMSx).

A competitive salary of approximately £24,300 per annum is available for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the Vehicle & Plant Manager
  2. Assisting in hiring and verifying commercial information
  3. Liaising with operational personnel and suppliers
  4. Ensuring accurate completion of weekly plant returns
  5. Maintaining records on JMSx
  6. General data entry and administration duties
  7. Logging 'write off' / 'break down' data and general plant information
  8. Basic diary management for vehicle and plant inspections and maintenance
  9. Raising purchase orders
  10. Answering department calls
