About the Role

As a Teaching Excellence Specialist - Sociology Department, you will be responsible for leading our Sociology department's instructional programs, developing curriculum materials, and evaluating teacher performance. You will also collaborate with colleagues to design and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and equity.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching and leading, with expertise in lesson planning, assessment, and data analysis. A Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with a valid teaching certification and experience working with diverse populations.

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of £40,000-£65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
