SEMH Education Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a SEMH Education Specialist to deliver English and Maths tuition to Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing academic support and guidance to help students achieve their educational goals.
Job Requirements- Deliver individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student, utilising your expertise in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development, leveraging your skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to optimise outcomes.
A successful applicant will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, and significant experience working with students with SEMH needs. A postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a related field is highly valued, along with additional training in behaviour management techniques.
