Job Overview:

The role of QHSE Technician is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement across the business.

The successful candidate will report to the QHSE Manager and play a vital role in ensuring products and processes meet rigorous standards, supporting audits, and proactively addressing quality concerns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address quality issues at the source to prevent substandard products.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance, incidents, and audits.
  • Deliver QHSE inductions to employees and contractors, ensuring awareness of relevant policies and standards.
  • Analyse root causes of quality concerns and implement effective preventive measures.
