About the Job:

Pertemps Kettering is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for leading quality activities, addressing quality issues, and ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality activities and implement quality control processes.
  • Supervise QC staff and provide guidance on quality-related matters.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify and address quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
