Production Operative Role:
At Jobandtalent, we are seeking a skilled Production Operative to work in our Corby NN18 9EY location. As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Packing and sorting fresh fruits into containers.
  2. Inspecting fruits for damage or defects.
  3. Accurately labelling packages with weight, variety, and batch codes.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety standards.


Requirements:
Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Attention to detail for quality assurance.
Basic math skills for accurate labelling and inventory tracking.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £11.44 per hour. Overtime pay rates range from £14.30 to £17.16 per hour.
