As a Quality Assurance Specialist for FMCG production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our clients' facilities. Our prestigious client, TEAMWORK PARTNERSHIP LTD, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join their team in Corby.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing production procedures, as well as training and supervising production staff. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a strong attention to detail and be able to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor production procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Audit and train production staff to improve quality and efficiency
  • Perform QA tasks to detect any deviations from quality standards
Requirements
