Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards within our production operations. As the senior quality expert on-site, this individual will lead quality activities, address quality issues, and ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Leadership: Act as the primary QC authority on-site, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Support Production Operations: Supervise QC activities in both the lab and production areas to ensure products and materials meet required standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Management: Oversee retained product samples, production records, and compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with production, technical personnel, to resolve issues efficiently.

- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Proficiency in computer-based QC administration.
