We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our Pioneer Selection team.

About the Position

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for process enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to team members to improve quality awareness.

Salary: £39,000 - £41,000 per annum.
