About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Inspector to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for leading quality inspections, investigating quality issues, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality inspections and investigations.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to QC staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or engineering).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
