About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow customer base
  • Work closely with Area Sales Manager and Centre Managers to create and deliver sales plans
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts and develop existing relationships
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity performance
  • Utilize market data to understand sales opportunities and develop a deep understanding of the TPS brand and product range
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • High level of business acumen, with a practical understanding of financial management and analysis
  • Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent
