Business Development Manager

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team in the North West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and meet customer needs.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in a technical sales environment, preferably in the fire industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
