About the Role:

We are seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to lead on the Select Move partnership, improving service delivery for residents in need of social housing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, experience of using and monitoring a choice-based lettings system, and good reporting and presentation skills.

As a Housing Transition Coordinator, you will monitor outcomes, advise and train new and existing partners, and lead on regular partnership meetings.

You will play a key role in the implementation of the new Select Move policy and support partners through this change.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with local authorities and social housing providers who comprise the Select Move partnership.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor outcomes and provide advice to partners
  • Train new and existing partners on the choice-based lettings system
  • Lead on regular partnership meetings
  • Implement the new Select Move policy
