About the Job

We are seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housing Partnership Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with local authorities and social housing providers who comprise the Select Move partnership to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

\r
  • \
  • Monitoring outcomes, advising and training new and existing partners\
  • Leading on regular partnership meetings\
  • Implementing the new Select Move policy and supporting partners through this change\
  • Developing relationships with multiple stakeholders\
  • Providing excellent problem-solving skills and experience of using and monitoring a choice-based lettings system\
  • Good reporting and presentation skills\\/ul>\r

About You

\r

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual who has experience in a similar role or sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
