Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Receptionist. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Manage the reception area, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing meeting rooms and hospitality facilities
  • Work closely with the team leader to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and products to provide informed advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or administration environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office and switchboard systems
